Title Commitments and Policies consist of our commitment to insure particular parties, subject to the requirements and exceptions set forth therein.

  - Municipal tax office
  - Upper courts and bankruptcy court
  - County recording office
  - County Surrogate’s office
- Upon request, we will order a survey from the surveyor of your choice and track the status of the survey.
- As an accommodation:
  - Patriot name search
  - Flood search
  - State UCC
- Delivery. We send all correspondence to the appropriate parties in the transaction. We also offer on-line access to all components of a file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Coordination. We track every detail.
